Employee Structure

Chips&Media employees are categorized into four parts:

R&D

R&D

  • Perform various development tasks such as new product development, product optimization, and extension of features for existing products

  • Provide pre- and post technical support for customers

MKT

  • Conduct market research

  • Plan products based on market analysis & new technology developments

  • Seek out potential new business market opportunities

Sales

Sales

  • Drive sales of the company's products & services

  • Find new sales leads and manage existing accounts

Support

Finance

  • Prepare financial statements and manage investor relations

  • In charge of the budget, fund management, and tax/legal affairs


Human Resources

  • Handle employee relations, benefits, and training to maximize the organization's work efficiency

  • Talent management, including talent acquisition, evaluation, promotion

Job Grade

Chips&Media identifies employee’s positions by 4 Grades: G4, G3, G2, and G1. Generally, employees stay at each grade level for four years, though depending on one’s competence and work performance, the duration may change.

Chips&Media has a promotion system that enables the early promotion of employees who display outstanding performance, regardless of their work experience or number of years in the company.
