Job Grade
Chips&Media identifies employee’s positions by 4 Grades: G4, G3, G2, and G1. Generally, employees stay at each grade level for four years, though depending on one’s competence and work performance, the duration may change.
Chips&Media has a promotion system that enables the early promotion of employees who display outstanding performance, regardless of their work experience or number of years in the company.
