Can you tell us about your current work?

I am in charge of developing and implementing successful learning strategies for the employees while building an organizational culture. We are supporting employees to build employee competency by establishing various internal and external learning resources and run multiple activities that can create a synergy that can grow in our way together among our employees.

In May, 2019


Tell us about Chips&Media's corporate culture.

I think autonomy and horizontality are the most significant characteristics. The autonomy and horizontality include the members' independence, responsibility for their work, authority, and so on. Our employees have a strong sense of responsibility for their work and enable fast decision-making within the organization. It also has the advantage of being able to exchange feedback and promote internal communication rather than mutual instruction or unconditional acceptance.



What is the special welfare available for Chips&Media employees?

'The special welfare of Chips&Media is the housing loan system. Our company lends a certain portion of the housing-related amount of money without any interest. Currently, a lot of people are benefiting from this welfare.



What kind of training are you planning to develop the capabilities of the employees?

We are currently planning the leadership development program to boosts the productivity of the team. This program is designed to define the roles and responsibilities (R&R) in each position by offering various theories and practices to influence the employees in the right ways.
