Recruiting Process


Initial Screening

Your application will be reviewed by the relevant Talent Acquisition team member and assess your skills and experience to determine your match to the key selection criteria. 


Personality Assessment Test

We request candidates to take a personality assessment test. This will be used to evaluate job candidates to find the best fit for the opportunity. 


Skill Assessment Test

For some roles, we may require you to complete a coding test before being invited to an onsite interview or online, depending on the role.


1st Interview Process

The first interview will generally be conducted with a Talent Acquisition team member and the leader from the part you will be joining. 


2nd Interview Process

The second interview is the final stage of the hiring process and will be conducted with team members.


Offer of Employment

Congratulations! A verbal and written offer will be made by the Talent Acquisition representative. Once the written offer of employment is accepted, you will work with the on-boarding representative to determine your start date and finalize preparation for joining Chips&Media.
