Can you tell us about your current work?

현재 하고 있는 업무에 대해 간단히 말씀 부탁 드립니다.

My main task is to find and solve the problem when it occurred. And another important task is to support the client's SW integration guide and guide them to use our products without hassles nor difficulties.

주 업무는 고객사에서 발생한 문제의 원인을 찾고 해결해주고, 고객사 SW integration guide 등 고객사에서 우리 제품을 문제 없이 잘 사용 할 수 있도록 지원하는 업무입니다.


Tell us about a time when you felt like a super hero at work.

직장에서 슈퍼 히어로처럼 느껴진 순간에 대해 알려주세요.

There are two times when I felt like a hero at work. It was a long time ago, but we had some ritual event in every quarter to select the best employee with core values. At the end of the year, we elected the best employee with the best core values from the past's elected ones. Yes, I was elected king at the end of the year. That was when I first felt like a hero at work.

The second time I felt like a hero at work was that when we had to examine the cause of some problems, I found the answer right away without debugging by just looking at the symptoms.

매 분기마다 핵심 가치 실천왕(일종의 우수사원)을 뽑고, 연말에 실천왕 중의 왕중왕을 뽑았었는데, 제가 그 왕중왕으로 뽑혔을 떄 슈퍼히어로처럼 느껴졌습니다. 고객사에서 발생한 문제에 대해 증상만 보고 디버깅 없이 한방에 원인을 찾았을 때도 슈퍼히어로처럼 느껴졌답니다.


Tell us about a time when you were part of a team that was fun to work with. How did you balance productivity and fun with your co-workers?

동료들과 함께 일하는 즐거웠던 팀의 순간에 대해 알려주세요. 동료들과 생산성/재미의 균형을 어떻게 맞췄나요?

The most memorable moment of working at Chips&Media was when every team member was worked so hard passionately and dramatically achieved the goal. If passion and goal meet together, productivity and fun come together.

회사 생활 중에서 가장 기억에 남는 즐거웠던 순간은 뭐니 뭐니 해도 팀원들 모두 열정이 넘쳐 서로 고생한 시간이 지나고 목표를 드라마틱하게 달성했을 때라고 생각합니다. 또한, 서로의 열정이 맞고 목표가 같으면 생산성과 재미는 함께 따라온다고 생각합니다.


If you were the CEO of Chips&Media, what would your 5 year plan be?

만약 당신이 칩스앤미디어의 CEO라면 5년의 계획을 어떻게 세우고 싶나요?

If I were the CEO of Chips & Media, I would like to change and develop a more robust corporate culture and employees' policies to have a more strong company pride.

회사에 대한 자부심을 가질 수 있도록 더욱 활발한 조직 문화를 만들고, 보다 견고한 기업 문화와 정책으로 발전 시키고 싶다.
